How to make it
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Orange and Banana Breakfast Smoothie |
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (185 ml) orange juice
- ½ cup sliced banana
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 ice cubes
- mint sprig
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Add ice cubes and blend until thick and smooth. Garnish with mint sprig.

Blueberry Smoothie |
Ingredients
1 c skim milk
1 c frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (MUFA)
How to make it
Combine milk and blueberries in blender, and blend for 1 minute.
Transfer to glass and stir in flaxseed oil.

How to make it
Combine ingredients in a blender, blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass.
